Uttara Phalguni is ruled by the Sun and thus this New Moon has an extra solar flare and singular magnetism to it. The later degrees of Leo and the early degrees of Virgo is where this lunar mansion stretches.
When we mix the Sun and Mercury influence, we get this lunar mansion or Nakshatra's energy. It is singular and calculated. Highly analytical, a leader, supported the rules of society, keen insight, recognition of own failures, perfectionist, a need to forge alliances in-order to enjoy life.
Because of this New Moon in Uttara Phalguni’s perfectionist nature, we can feel at times that we are not living up to our own exacted standards. What do we need to reflect? What needs to be revised in our life? This New Moon is occurring during Mercury Retrograde and in Mercury's sign of Virgo conjunct Mercury itself.
This is a great time to review your business alliances, relationship alliances and see how life isn’t living up to your exacting standards. The question is, does life need to be revised … or do you? How do you need to change as to attract/manifest the ‘exacting standards’ in business/love or achieve those ‘perfectionist’ heights?
This New Moon is not separating health- business- relationship. These topics are this New Moon's trifecta. All gets a second look, and a fresh pair of eyes to see it through.
There is love… then there is the contract of marriage. There is an idea… then there is the contract of business arrangements. There are health interests… then there is the arrangements of aligning with the right healthcare practitioners/ trainers etc. All is looked at contractually.
In Uttara Phalguni, all these ‘contracts’ or alliances should be for the benefit of both, not just for the heck of it. We look to network and enter into arrangements with those that add to us, not subtract. We want to feel that everyone is getting their ‘back scratched’ or not getting the short end of the stick. But in order to do so, we must organize and revise how it all looks at the moment.
These themes are most prevalent in the love match. As Venus is currently debilitated, making us look at love more conditionally and contingent upon what we receive, it is important that there is a meeting of the minds and the hearts- beauty fades. The feeling 'well is looks good but it doesn't make sense,' shows itself here.
This New Moon, the partner we choose to spend our life with is of utmost importance. This is not just a merging of funds, but a merging of soul karma. Through the union- you act as a unit, hurt as a unit, celebrate as a unit, find solutions as a unit and support each other as unit.
In the higher expression, this New Moon allows you to understand your highest nature, and reassess what is in the way of this- internally and externally. What inner work has yet to be done that clouds your soul's true vibrance from shining or to allow knowledge to dawn in you?
We can not always blame our partner, or point fingers at the 'other.'
We must look at ourselves, because it is ourselves who have attracted this partner and these situations. What is to be learned? What values are being instilled? How is this helping you become the best 'YOU.'
The institute of marriage, or any partnership, is one of the biggest mirrors to one's own short comings. But we must all remember our original divine self-sovereignity/ our divine nature, it is only these shortcomings that are clouding it.
