On February 9th marks the joining of Moon to the 6 Planet Conjunction in the extroverted and goal oriented sign of Capricorn. This also signifies a New Moon, as the Moon joins the Sun in Capricorn.
The New Moon will be happening in the star of Dhanishta, one that enjoy a good party, pomp and fun. This will translate into group video chats as social distance partners so love ones can be together.
Capricorn's energy has been strong with the world through the fall and winter as heavy weights Jupiter and Saturn have been conjoined causing a slow and practical change of pace, testing our patience and optimism. Mercury shortly joined early January giving considerations on the business front. Thoughts of changing careers or business models gave a new tone to how we do business. Sun joined the combo, swinging in a lot of political decisions with the electoral college, and then Venus followed shortly after the inauguration.

This lead up of Mars to Rahu and transit over Rahu will be most notable, as a grounded incessant fire energy will be at play.
Till then, we need to move through this 6 planet conjunction. Mars is the only planet not joining the crowd, but it stands strong in its own sign of Aires. Who is ruling this 6 planet conjunction? Saturn, as he sits in his own sign of Capricorn leading the play. Saturn throws its effects of items of comfort and beauty (venus), business and intellect (mercury), the government and the elite (sun), spiritual organization and education (jupiter), and now the global psyche (moon).
To take a closer look, I see major things happening with technology, social media platforms, all forms of news platform or news sources. This week will bring in big change to the business structure, large company changing policies, a lot coming up in the governmental sphere with business legislator or legislator around big business and small businesses.
People will be thinking- do we cut our loses?
Capricorn is a sign that supports the social structure, hierarchies, institutional bureaucracy, government and law. Jupiter here creates a desire for status objects, social visibility and public reputation. Venus and Mercury do the same. When Sun enters, then we have an extra push of status, royalty, government and ego. To acquire and attain a position within the status quo. Why is it so difficult to crack into higher societies or the elite? Because there are so many barriers and restrictions to get there- all this is Saturn's influence and can be seen by the sign of Capricorn.
To create a position for yourself where you are irreplaceable, and can never be fired. This is playing more on the darker ego-centric side of Capricorn’s 6 planet conjunction. Watch the political and business players this February, you may see a slight of hand.
In general, do something kind for others to break the mental emotional pressures that might be weighing on you. It is in selfless actions the bring smiles to other’s faces that can be a source of true authentic happiness. Help those in need and again, stay a distance from being sucked into technology right now- at least for a bit longer until this planetary conjunction breaks up a bit more.
